Can I try before buying?

Absolutely! Trial mode is fully functional for any or all modules,with up to 10 patients/clients and never expires. Test BackTrack with real data before committing to a paid plan.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be credited for unused time. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next renewal.

A trial license is your best way to test BackTrack before committing to a paid plan, then upgrade to a paid plan if you decide BackTrack is right for your practice.

You can also choose to convert to a perpetual license at any time with credit for any monthly or annual plan you may have paid for during the first year of a subscription plan.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If BackTrack isn't right for your practice, we'll refund your payment, no questions asked, but we will attempt to help you troubleshoot any issues you may be having.

We believe BackTrack is intuitive enough, and our documentation comprehensive enough, that your team will not need formal training or setup consulting. The interface is designed to be familiar to anyone who has worked with practice management software before.

That said, we would be happy to discuss any specific needs at fair rates—or no cost depending on the time required. We want you to be successful and independent with BackTrack. If your team has questions, our support team is always available to help.

What are the system requirements?

Minimum: Modern OS (Windows 10+, macOS 10.14+, Ubuntu 18.04+) with OpenGL 2.0+ support, 4 GB RAM, 500 MB disk space, 1280x720 resolution, and internet for updates.

Recommended: OpenGL 3.0+, 8 GB RAM, 2 GB disk space, 1920x1080 resolution, and SSD for optimal performance.

Note: BackTrack uses Fyne GUI framework which requires OpenGL graphics support available on all modern operating systems.

How can I test if BackTrack will work on my system?

Download our free compatibility checker (only ~5-10 MB) from the download page before downloading the full application (~60 MB).

The compatibility checker tests OpenGL support, GUI rendering, and system compatibility. If it opens successfully and shows a success message, BackTrack will work perfectly on your system!

This small tool is especially useful if you're on an older system or want to verify compatibility before committing to the full download.

What security features are included?

All tiers (including Trial) include comprehensive security features: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using free authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy), military-grade 256-bit database encryption, role-based access control, user activity logging, password policies, and secure session management.
